Job Description:
Plan, direct, support, and manage company’s digital infrastructure, client management systems, and
accounting software. Maintain and troubleshoot POS systems, scheduling software, and CRM platforms.
Establish security protocols and systems to secure customer information and business/financial records.
Conduct regular security audits and apply necessary updates to IT systems. Develop and implement
marketing and social media automation tools. Manage accounting software to track revenue, expenses,
payroll, financial reports, and produce tax documents. Provide technical support and training to staff on
IT systems and cybersecurity practices.
Requires a U.S. bachelor  degree or foreign equivalent degree in Technology, Computer Science,
Cybersecurity, or Computer Engineering. Must have the authority to work permanently in the U.S.
